1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing allaboutcleaningkc.com (the "Site") or requesting or receiving services from All About Cleaning ("All About Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services Offered

All About Cleaning provides residential and light commercial cleaning services in Kansas City, MO and surrounding communities, including house cleaning, move out cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring maid service, office cleaning, apartment cleaning and eco-friendly green cleaning. Service availability depends on location, scheduling and the condition of the property. We may decline jobs that fall outside the scope of standard cleaning, such as hazardous materials, biohazards, pest infestations or work requiring specialized equipment.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through the Site, by text, by email or by phone are based on the information you provide, such as the size of the home or space, the type of cleaning and the frequency. If the property's size or condition is materially different from what was described, we will tell you before any additional work begins and confirm any adjusted price with you. We will never add charges without your approval.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window and will notify you of delays. You agree to provide accurate information and safe access to the property at the scheduled time, whether in person or by key, code or lockbox. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

5. Recurring Service

Recurring service (weekly, biweekly or monthly) does not require a long-term contract. You may pause, reschedule or cancel recurring service at any time by contacting us before your next scheduled visit.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of future service.

7. Satisfaction and Re-Clean Guarantee

If any area included in your cleaning checklist was missed or does not meet the agreed standard, notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. The guarantee covers the cleaning work itself. It does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent stains, wear and tear, conditions that cleaning cannot correct, or areas that were not accessible or not included in the agreed scope. A re-clean is the remedy under this guarantee. Move out cleaning is performed to a thorough cleaning standard, but deposit refunds and inspection results are decided by your landlord, property manager or buyer, and we cannot guarantee them.

8. Limitation of Liability

All About Cleaning is licensed and insured. If property is damaged as a direct result of our work, please report it within 24 hours so we can review it and, where appropriate, resolve it through our insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, All About Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where coverage is provided by our insurance.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, disclose any known hazards or fragile items, secure valuables, cash, jewelry and irreplaceable items, and let us know about pets and how you would like them handled. All About Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions, improperly secured items or pre-existing defects.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics and design, is the property of All About Cleaning or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

We will try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and handled in the courts located in Kansas City, Missouri.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
